When will my order ship?
Our first shipment has already left Sri Lanka and is on its way to our Houston, TX facility. Orders placed now will ship within 2–4 weeks. We'll email you the tracking number the moment your package ships.
Where do you ship?
United States only at launch (lower 48). Free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from our Houston, TX facility. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Are your spices really organic? Where do they come from?
Yes — every spice is USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Fair Trade Certified. 100% single-origin Sri Lanka. Grown by our partner farms, hand-harvested, and packed fresh in our Houston facility. No mystery blends. No additives. Naturally gluten-free and vegan.

How fresh are the spices?
Very. We pack to order at our Houston facility from whole spices that have just arrived from Sri Lanka. You're getting spices from the current harvest — not warehouse-aged stock that's been sitting for 12–18 months.

How should I store the spices?
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Our resealable pouches are designed to preserve freshness. For best flavour, use within 12 months of opening.
